Apartments are fitted out with comfortable conveniences, accommodating 2 to 5 people .

You can collect the keys from saturday 5 p.m. You must return the keys from saturdays 10 a.m.
A guarantee deposit about 150 €, which can be paid by check in euro or by cash, will be charged on your arrival. This will be refunded after your return home, less any charges for breakage, phone and tax (0,75 € / person / day) .
On your departure the apartment must be left as you found it - Sometime, if necessary, cleaning can be deducted from your deposit . For more than a month holidays prices exclude water, electricity, phone, tax.
It is recommended to take all precautions against risks. Insurance for the tenant is preferable.

Booking procedure :

Bookings are considered as firm when the owner has received a deposit of 25 % of the renting price.
An acknowledgement of reception of the advance payment is send you by traditional mail and will be returned signed by the tenant.
At your arrival the balance and the deposit are paid.
Any claim concerning rented premises and the inventory must be presented within 48 hours after handing over the keys.
