This one is non-refundable in case of cancellation, with one exception

For a week, a deposit of 100 is required on your arrival
(if the intended stay lasts longer than a week) and will be paid
upon check-in. It will be given back upon check-out.
The tenant is asked to confirm his approximate arrival time
